Palette has bay windows. Why CDL wastes space in BWs instead of giving full room space or at least give balconies? Isn't this such a waste?

Looking from the other angle, it depends on how you may design it to suit into your daily lifestyle.

Expected market price to be approx $1.25m - $1.35m.
