Our intent to sell expired before resale application submission but otp exercised at an earlier. Agent asked me to register again and write to hdb to appeal. But i want to ask if we change our mind to sell, can the otp be void in this case & we hv no liability for legal? Can the buyer still sue us in this case?

Hi,

When the OTP is exercised, buyer has the rights to pursue to close the deal.

    Agent say she is the mutual party & cannot meddle with our disputes. She say her role is to help us sell our flat.
