Our EC has not met MOP and we are facing marital issues. I would like to know if we sell b4 MOP, what are the consequences?

For eg, is it sell back to HDB?
How much can we sell for?
Based on our outstanding loan, how much will we get back after the sale and loan/interest?
Any levy or penalty for selling b4 MOP due to marital issues?

Anyone has a template that i can use to calculate all these?

If we can sell the EC b4 MOP, can i apply for a resale flat to stay with my kids? Any levy / penalty or restrictions?

Can anyone advise on the above?
