Dear access,

There are always 2 sides to a coin. It improves accessibility to the mentiond amenities, but also improves the opportunity for trespassers to come into the project, and thereafter prove a security concern to residents. Otherwise, with security measures implemented to monitor this access gate, the management may need to hire additional manpower or install more security cameras for area monitoring, probably translating to higher maintenance fees?
