OTP signed buyer and passed to seller agent. now seller still thinking whether need to sell or not. what will happen if he not sell?

Afternoon,

Are you placing an offer or have your seller issued you the option and you are exercising it?

This are two different situations where the latter have legal implications. You can also ask your salesperson who should be educated enough to guide you along.
