Hi Onghs,

I personally feel that if you can get a buyer/speculator to buy your property at 1.2M, it will be a very good deal. Reason being is for Neptune Court to go en bloc, each resident needs to fork out around $190,000 and the en bloc value may just be around 1.4. Therefore, the potential upside gain is only around 100k but owners are taking a huge risk if the project eventually can't en bloc.
