NUOVO's prices has been increasing with the market with the rest of the condo even the old condo such as castle Green and Far horizon. NUOVO price will continue to climb above S$760 sq ft which is more than S$1.2 Million average pricing. Pricing at S$980K to S$1 Million is a good buy. Does anymore know whether NUOVO pricing will climb higher for those buyeres who missed the good buy - S$980 to S$ 1Million if we failed to get a unit in NUOVO now ? Nuovo is still selling like hot cakes. I think S$980- 1 million is a reasonable pricing and it is a good buy of size 1281 sqft. Will the prices increases once it reaches the 10 years mark where it can fetch a higher pricing from foreigners ? It seems that Investing a 1281 SQFT @ S$980k TO S$1Million is a good price with many potential buyers rushing to see and buy units there. Comments ?
