Hi Alex,

Apart from smaller kitchen, most of the space also goes to balconies.

If you prefer larger kitchen, do consider going for older freehold condos. They generally have better layout and more reasonably sized kitchen.

Also, you can consider renovating these older condos to the way you like it, rather than going for newer cookie cutter condos.

The term larger kitchen is a relative term, therefore if you may wish to indicate which are the projects where kitchen size is small or acceptable that you have seen, it could be easier to probably gauge the estimated size you could be looking for.
