Dear Vincent,
The only way to verify if it's the best time to sell will be to hold on to your unit and see if the price will drop or appreciate.
Otherwise, if the price is right for you to sell, then go ahead and sell and divert your profit into another investment opportunity.
There is plenty opportunities out there so if you can make a decent profit from selling now, then, by all means, go ahead.
