The government had launch a couple of landsales for EC this year. The sold site (as of today) are Sengkang E6 (Compassvale Bow), Yishun E3 (Yishun Ave 11), Sengkang E3 (Sengkang East Ave/Bunagkok Drive) and Punggol E4 (Punggol Field/Punggol Road). There are still other EC landsales in the pipeline and some will be closed for tender submission by this month. Of the EC sites sold this year, Sengkang E6 (Esparina Residences) has the advantage of being close proximity to a MRT station, which make it ideal for own stay and investment. ERA is the joint marketing agency for this EC project at sengkang.

The selling price will most likely to be revealed by developer during the launch date. Nevertheless, I can provide you with an indicative price, which is not the confirmed selling price but to help you with your finance planning. I can also recommend Esparina appointed banker to assist you in a detail financial planning.
