I would say both have their own good and definitely able to rent or sell next time.

However, i will say parc Clematis is a very popular project especially after the national day message.

Both projects are in different districts and offer totally different attributes as well as not so ideal points. May I know what are your objectives and requirements, and have you considered the target group to sell or rent out to (ie. your exit plan?).

I believe there are underlying reasons for you to only shortlist these 2 projects for considerations, therefore it will be helpful if we are able to find out more details why are these 2 projects shortlisted before we are able to do a comparison studies between these 2 projects.

From features, it seems to me that Parc Clematis is slightly ahead in terms of being a better purchase, given the future plans along the Great Southern Waterfront which will have significant impact for growth in the areas leading up to this area. Indicative pricing for Parc Clematis is also reasonable, where they are matching the resale pricing for neighbouring projects therefore potential for growth can be great.

Both projects has its own unique selling points, so it voice down to your purpose of buying the unit, isit for own stay or investments ? in terms of pricing, Florence's pricing more attractive, which in return makes it easier to exit in future.But in terms of locality, Parc Clementis would be more sought after.. - current pricing is going close to developer's breakeven price
- there are future transformation going on in the area.

Parc Clematis
- buying a new unit priced close to nearby resale
- good rental or sale support level nearby.
