New homes (19,000) will be added in Kampong Bugis, Holland Plain and Bayshore. Are these areas being released by Singapore Government or developers? I'm confused after reading the article. Any feedback from you folks? Appreciate.

Hi,

Its just at the conceptual stage, no land plots are released by the government yet. Whether or when the govt will be tendering the land to private developers are also not confirmed, just expected year as a guide. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
