Need help finding an answer regarding a Chinese Citizen who owns property in China who is converting to a Singapore. Does anyone know what the steps we must take to ensure we can still own our property in China? Thank you for your time

Good morning,

Since your concern is keeping the property back in China, you can only look at private or landed property once you have gotten your SC status.
