Need advice..heres the case currently this is my second time rent out a room.i have a tenant just move in n complain about toilet maybe not to his satisfaction.but the thing is he never told me directly instead he lodge a complain to his agent.And here is his deal:To clean the toilet if not he want all refund n leave by next week..my question is before he pay the fee he came thrice n say hes ok with everything,the other catch deal is i need to tell him 2mths advance if i dont want to continue his tenant.so if he want the refund n decide to leave my plan is i will return his deposit but deduct the agent fee and the day he staying. Need your advice in this matter urgently. Thank you!!
