My wife and I currently have a hdb, and we want to buy a 2nd condo (2bedroom), with SGD250k case on hand. are we able to afford? Because the bank can only loan 50% or 400k (whichever is lower). How much is the condo price we can afford (take 13% tax+buyer duty into consideration)? $600k only? If agent has a 3bedroom condo with cheaper price, pls contact me. thanks. David
