My wife and I are buying a property to live in BUT under only my own name. Don’t ask me why this arrangement.

I use my CPF and she will use cash for the mortgage payment. For her peace of mind, how can I ensure that she will not lose out on this property in the event anything bad were to happen to our relationship? Of course I won’t cheat my wife or abandon her, but in life things are unpredictable. And I am responsible to assure her.

Please help me.

Hi, with regards to your question, probably only your lawyer would be able to assist you further by drafting an agreement with all the terms and conditions on it before both of you sign on the dotted line.
