My widowed mother-in-law owns and stay in her 4-rm HDB flat, and she would like to make a will after she passed away that my wife will be the sole beneficial. But I hearsay that there are differences between inherited under 'a Will' and 'a Gift'. Also I 'd like to know which one is better so that will have lesser 'problem' with HDB's rule. pls enlighten...
