my tenant wants to renew 3 rd term 2 yrs lease.my agent don't seems to care anymore.i talked to him almost 2 months ago and again 2 weeks ago and he had not get back to me and the lease expire end of january .Can i get another agent to take over his job and how much do i have to pay?

You can definitely get another salesperson to assist you with the renewal of TA. As for the fee payable, it is to be discussed between you and your upcoming representative.
