My tenant is renting my condo and he have damaged my house. Can i forfeit his deposit and further claim for my losses?
He have been making late payment for past rental as well because i do not have time to pursuit the matter but now he have just moved out and according to the agreement i can breach him and forfeit his deposit due to late payment over 10days for several times. He is being nasty now and deny to pay any damages loss and say is wear and tear when i have checked with professional and it is not wear and tear. Please advise me!
