My Tenancy Agreement (TA) allows the main tenant to have 3 occupiers. Two persons started the lease at the beginning and two occupiers joined later after the TA was stamped and registered with HDB. Must I include the additional 2 occupiers in T&C of TA and have them sign besides their names? I have also registered with HDB the additional occupants. What is the normal procedure? Hopefully this will eliminate any unnecessary disputes during tenancy. Will this be helpful for landlord in case one of the tenants leaves so that the person leaving will not be replaced without my agreement? Neighbours may not like to have different persons in the area??? Greatly appreciate your professional feedback or thoughts! Concerned Landlord
