My spouse is a PR & I am a foreigner (on EP, can become LTVP in future).
We would like to buy a house in my spouse's name. Can this be nominated to me in the future in case of death?
Will I face any problems in claiming it (or) renting out (or) selling it as a foreigner who may / not be living in Singapore in the future?
I am not sure if my LTVP will be cancelled in case my spouse is no longer around.
