Are you referring to purchase of new BTO or looking at resale unit with grant?
To apply new unit, both of you will be categorised as second timer. Hence you will only have 15% chance.
To purchase resale HDB unit, your spouse is still eligible to claim his share of the housing grant.
But to get another HDB loan, you need to take out 50% of your share of profit from your previous unit, before HDB will loan you the rest. Bear in mind that your combined income should not exceed $10k.
