My son will be in warwick uni Uk for 4 years. I would like to spend 9 months there as well. Instead of renting student ensuite apartment for my son and separate affordable place for me, wii buying a modest 2 room flat in leamington spa be better? That way he can stay on after I leave and we can rent or sell the property bought later on?
