My sis had a 3 rm HDB flat at Blk 18 redhill close. As she has just bought the flat, hence unable to rent the whole unit. She is looking to rent out the master bedroom + hall + utility room (akin to whole unit). She is often overseas and only be in the unit once a while. Is that possible? And the estimated rent?

Afternoon,

Your sister should be able to fetch around $1500 to $2000, depending on the unit's condition. As long as your sister can provide evidence that she does stay in the unit during her period of in Singapore and the tenants behave themselves, there should not be much of an issue.
