Renting Property

My S Pass application has been approved but I wont be able to get the actual Pass until I find a place to stay in SG. Is it possible for me to rent a place using only my IPA document?

You don't have to wait for the actual pass before you can rent.

An IPA letter will do. You may call or text me for assistance to help you rent a place.

Hi Mark. I have yet another concern. As I have mentioned, I have the IPA for my S Pass. But my girlfriend is going in as a tourist. What options do we have to let her stay with me as I rent a place?
