My preference location of the house should be within direct transit of say 5min by direct bus to Bishan MRT, Ang mo Kio, lorong Chuang, Brandell?
My budget is 3000-3500 SG and is flexible. Minimum distance from Bishan MRT is the best choice. I am open for both HDB and Condo. Vicinity to the Bishan park will be ideal.

2) Nationality
3) Lease start date and duration
4) Number of bedrooms you are looking at
5) furnishing options
6) Others etc
