Generally, a EA unit in Sembawang may call for about $2500 and above, depending on the conditions of house and furnishings available.
Typically, commission is charged at 1/2 month of rental for any rental less than 1 year and a full month rental for any rental above 1 year (typically 2 years).
Agent services include marketing the unit in newspapers, internet and assisting in coordination of viewing arrangements. It saves the hassle of owners having to deal with multiple parties. Generally upon securing a tenant, an agent will also serve as the communication window where necessary between tenants and owner to facilitate in resolving any issues surfaced.
