My parents have a 4 room flat bought from HDB under SERS in September 2010 which is under their name They also have landed property under their name I have a 2 room BTO that has met MOP.

Assume they pass on

Can I sell the BTO 2 room - and take control of the 4 room while inheriting the landed property as well?

Or should I

Get them to transfer the name of the 4 room flat to my name now and the private property in Singapore - is that possible?

Transfer the 2 room BTO flat to their name? Long term I do not want to hold the 2 room.

My ideal plan is to retain the HDB flat and a private property or is there no way?
