My parent's apartment rental in nadia mansions, balestier expires in July 2013.

It is currently tenanted for 3.6-3.8k. I would like to find out the current market rate for rental for that area? Reason being we are assessing if it is worth renewing the lease or finding new tenants.

Interior of that unit is not that new.
