My parents aged 62 and 68yrs old would like to buy an EC, and i as a gurantor. My monthly income is 60k per yr. can i still help them and what is e downpayment%? Looking at sengkang EC.

Hi LKB,

You are able to be the guarantor for them in order to secure a bank loan.
The Topiary - EC @ Fernvale will be launchng on 30 Nov.
