My new condo has TOP a year ago. The developer has been delaying rectify the defective parquet flooring. I have engaged my own contractor to rectify the defects. I want to claim loss in rental and cost of rectification the defect. How should I go about doing this? (Developer is not willing to pay)

Hi, there is really nothing you can do about it if the developer is refusing to pay for your loss. Perhaps you may want to consult a lawyer about this issue then.

Usually, you can go directly to the developer office with records of all conversations and demand an answer whether they willing to pay or not. They keep quiet, u suffer waiting there.
