My name is Paul,

I'm a university professor in Montréal. From February 1st to June 30th 2016 (dates are flexible), I will work at Singapore Management University. I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment near a MRT station, preferably red line (4) or green line (2). What do you recommend ? Is it too early for a search ?

Best,

Paul

Hi Paul,
Generally you may start searching 2 month before you can move in. You may contact myself in early Jan 2016.

To assist and advise more, kindly drop me an email for me to share.

Hi Paul,

I have always managed to help my oversea clients secure an ideal rental in less than a month. ideally 2 months prior to moving in is good enough.

from 1st Feb 2016 - 30th June 2016, it is only 5 full months.
For residential rental, there is local law that requires a minimum of 6 months. Do take note of that.

If you need help or more info, feel free to contact me.
