Hi,

Yes, you can take your mother's name out from the co-owned property. However, do take note that if she had paid for the house using any of her CPF monies, these will have to be refunded back to her.

If your mother does not have any Will, her estate will be passed down to your father (if he is around), followed by all her children (in equal share).
