My mother and I bought a condominium in 2005. My mother is a Chinese citizen living in Shanghai, China. She is 74 years old. She is unable to fly to Singapore because she got cancer 15 years ago.
I am a citizen of Singapore.
I have power of attorney from my mother to fully manage this property.
To deal with tax problem (my mother does not have singpass, does not have bank account, I am about unable to pay taxes on behalf of her using my Singapore bank).
May I know if I can remove her name from the property? What is the cost of doing this? Thank you very much.
