My MOP due on dec however shall I be able to appeal to sell during separation or I must produce the divorce document in order to proceed with the appeal?

Evening Jann,
You are still considered as husband and wife during period of separation. Only upon getting the absolute are your marriage considered as dissolved.
Hence I would advice you to wait it out while checking what are your available options.
