My living room air con broke down right after the tenant service the air con.
Who should borne the fee to repair the aircon?
He is supposed to hand over the house back to me on 15 December, but to my horror, he did a service on the aircon and the aircon broke down right after the service(he discovered it 2 days later).
I understand that in most cases, landlord need to bear the repair cost, but how about this case? Can I hold him responsible to fix the aircon for me?

Morning,

Unless you are able to determine that the breakdown is due to poor handling during the servicing, I'm afraid that you will have to take up the landlord's responsibility. Whatever the case might be, I'm sure your servicing agent will be able to provide you with the necessary advice.
