My landlord wants to break the lease early by giving one month notification without any compensation. I have requested for one month rental as compensation but she refuse to give. Can i refuse to move if she is not willing to compensate?

Hi, if the TA does not has such a clause, then you have the right to negotiate further and to ask for compensation.
