my landlord lives outside the country, the rental agreement has a Singapore contact address and registered mail has been refused. Also there is a co-landlord on there agreement that is not valid. Rental is mid-term, am I in my right to ask for a new agreement for the remainder of the term with proper contact and landlord details?
