My husband and I have lived in our BTO for less than 5 years. We are planning to get a divorce but we are unable to sell the BTO in the open market cos it's less than 5 years of the MOP. We have a children and we will have shared custody of the child but I will have the care and control of the child.

Can my husband 'buy over' the house from me and he stays in the flat? I will move back to my parents place together with my child.
