My house owner inform me that he had sell the property include the 3 yr tenancy with agreed of agent and new owner.3 yrs already paid the stamp duty.
My worry is new owner with have any reason to terminate mt 3 yr tenancy? Do I need black & white from new owner?

Dear Tenant,

Request for a copy of the Option to Purchase
that your landlord has issued to the new owner-to-be and check that the property is being sold subject to tenancy. Your Tenancy Agreement is also likely to contain a clause that obligates the Landlord to assign the lease to any new owner in the event that he sells midway through the lease.

Just to clarify on some advice given above, a Novation Agreement is used in cases where an existing tenant assigns his tenancy rights to a new incoming tenant. In your case, it is the existing landlord that is assigning his rights and obligations to a new incoming landlord, thus an Assignment of Lease, not a Novation Agreement, is applicable.
