Good afternoon,

I will select the site A with close proximity to amenities and public transport. More potential if you sell in the future.

Hope my opinion aids in your decision making.

Afternoon,

In general, units that are surround with amenities will attract more attention and high price appreciation. External appearance, on the other hand, does not provide such perks.

Hi, site A will be very much easier to sell in the near future should you decide to let go one day. It is always the location that will sell well and not the design of the house or Blk.

Hi,

Based on the limited info shared, I would suggest site A since its nearer to MRT. Location is always the key requirement in terms of resale value. Thanks and all the best to your selection!

Hi friend,

Pardon me but how does one enbloc a HOUSE ?
Do you mean a developer has bought all the houses in your landed estate?
