Good morning seller,

1) Have you enjoy CPF housing grant for your current flat or you purchased it directly from HDB?

If yes then,
2) Are you purchasing a BTO or new EC for your next accommodation?

If yes then you will be subject to resale levy.

Amount of resale levy is depends on the model of your unit.

i) 3RM - $30k
ii) 4RM - $40k
iii) 5RM - $45k
iv) executive - $50k

May I know what model is your flat?

Resale levy is not applicable if you are purely selling a HDB. Like what YT has mentioned, it is only applicable for the scenarios which he has painted.
