My HDB Flat resale is at documents endorsement step. We, as sellers, have endorsed documents and waiting for HDB approval, However the buyers don't endorse documents by the HDB specified date 2 Jan. My question : what legal action I can take to pursue claims for the damage caused by the 2 scenarios 1) Delay completion, 2)Resale is canceled?
The damage is such as: bank charges, my new bought property schedule delay and which resulted in any financial problems, ABSD, etc?
