My girlfriend and I have a combined income of 11k and we are planning to purchase a 3 bedded apartment in punggol not more than 700k by end of this year. Is there any good project?

May i ask if you / your girlfriend is Singaporean? If yes,then you would be eligible to purchase Executive Condominium..3 bdrms's price is less than $700k !! walking distance to Punggol MRT..more than 80% sold within 1 month..Please do contact me if you are keen.Thanks
