Dear Panic Seller,

Let me clear your doubts.

Earlier this year, I do sold 2 units of 3-BRs units, 1421 sq. ft. at $890psf. These units are developer's balance units, whereby it has been pulled back from previous buyers due to default in payment.

Now you won't be able to get any below $900psf. Prices at The Parc has even hit $1000psf.
