My flat(North-east) MOP is in April 2022. I have 2 kids - 3year old and 2 year old who are placed in a childcare near my parents(East) as my mum is the one assisting us to fetch them, feed them and look after them after school. I recently found out I am pregnant with #3. So we would like to sell our 4room ASAP as my mum has offered to be the main caregiver for my #3. Furthermore, I just shifted office in Paya Lebar which is nearer to my kids childcare centre and I will be able to fetch them when my mum starts looking after #3. What are the chances of my appeal being approved?
