My father has passed away recently and I have to inherit his property in Malaysia based on the will. Can I continue to keep my existing HDB during the MOP while inherited my late father’s property in Malaysia?

Hi,

1) By right you are not allowed to keep (inherit) or purchase any private property during MOP under the HDB policy.
2) The HDB will deal with this on a case-by-case basis.
3) You may submit your appeal via hdbresale@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg.
