My divorce Final Judgement was given about 1 month ago. I have not receive the extraction of the Final Judgement yet but will be soon. In the Final Judgement we are to sell the HDB apartment within 6 months. Currently, me and my 3 children are living in it (2 above 21 yrs old but still in school). I have a suspicion that my ex is trying to NOT sell the apartment or trying to drag the possibility of selling as long as he can as he has to pay me arrears after the apartment is sold (listed on Enforcement of Maintenance Order). He has refused to answer the calls or messages from Housing Agent. The housing Agent needs both owners to sign a Resell Checklist for Sellers before he is able to bring in potential buyers. If I can't even do this first step, I won't be able to do anything to sell my HDB apartment. What are my options?

Afternoon,

According to your statement, both or either of you have engaged a salesperson to assist you on the case. They would know your condition better. As what I know of, you can get your lawyer in give specific instructions to your spouse, in compliance with the court order.
