My dad has a flat which we got from enbloc about 3 1/2 years ago. Since it's already fully paid. Can we still rent out the whole flat?

Evening Steve,

For enbloc unit, your MOP is either 7 years from selection or 5 years from key collection.
You need to check with HDB with plan you are under which will determine when your can rent out the whole unit.
