My current tenant creates all kinds of excuses not letting the new potential tenants to view the unit. I want to copy for a set of keys. He doesn't allow me. As an owner, do I have the right to ask for that? Or can I inform him that I want to change the main door locks?

Afternoon Sue,

I'm not sure where and how you get your current tenant/s. As per TA, the tenant is to allow the landlord to bring prospective tenant/s for viewing, one month prior to expiry of TA. Since you have given your only set of keys to the unit, you will have to talk to your tenant/s to gain access back into the unit. If all fails, you can either make a police report or let your tenancy lapse, before you market your rental unit again.
However, it would be good to look into your TA, and work accordingly.
